About Antar Yatra

Located near the Check-in counters

Antar Yatra transforms the check-in area into an interactive journey. Two 4.5 m double-sided circular LED display stands as portals, responding to passenger movement—mirrors ripple, colors shift, and visuals evolve as you walk. The artworks respond to the presence of the passengers, their movement sparking vivid transformations that embody the essence of transition—of before and now, of heritage and innovation—drawing passengers quite literally into the Navi Gate, where every step forward is a crossing through time. The installation explores the concept of transformation, reflecting on the passage of time and the interconnectedness of heritage and innovation. It mirrors Maharashtra's symbiotic harmony between tradition and modernity, offering a vision of coexistence and connection.
In close collaboration with the NMIAL team, the installations of the Digital Art Program are conceived, designed, curated and produced by TMS TAMSCHICK MEDIA+SPACE (Berlin), in collaboration with WOWSPACELAB (Berlin), TAMSCHICK EXHIBITION VENTURES (Berlin), Valentin Trillo Architects (Sevilla), m-box (Berlin), BeWunder (Berlin) and switch and roy studio (Goa).
Technical Implementation by Infosoft Digital Design & Services IDDS (Mumbai).
