The domain name https://navimumbai.adaniairports.com and the website (“Website”) is developed, owned and operated by Navi Mumbai International Airport Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with registered office at New Project Office, C 17, Amara Marg, Near Ulwe Gaothan Bus Stop, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Ulwa, Raigarh (MH), Panvel, Maharashtra, India 410206 and its Group Entities (as defined below) and is offered to its users, who may access the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (as defined below).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the Website. These Terms and Conditions, along with Our Privacy Notice, govern Your access and use of this Website, and constitute the electronic contract between You and us under applicable laws, including IT Act (as defined below). For accessing and using this Website, We require You to peruse and understand these Terms and Conditions and signify Your consent.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions or by Your continued access of the Website, You agree to all the terms as specified in the Terms and Conditions, which will constitute a binding and valid contract.

This Website is designed to provide travellers and visitors with essential information about the Airport (as defined below) and its services and facilities, flight schedules, flight status and updates, as available with us, from time to time, and as practically possible for us to communicate (“Information”). [Please note that We do not intend to provide any other services and offerings using this Website, which is limited for information dissemination purposes regarding the Airport.] Please use the Website responsibly and in accordance with the law.

- “Group Entity(ies)” means Adani Airport Holdings Limited and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, associate companies and joint venture companies;
- “IT Act” means the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its underlying rules and directions, as amended from time-to-time;
- “NMIAL” or “we” or “us” or “our” means Navi Mumbai International Airport Private Limited, i.e., the Airport operator;
- "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions for use of the Website, as amended from time to time and posted on the Website; and
- “You” in all of its variations thereof means the user of this Website.
3. Content on Our Website
- The Content on this Website is for Your general information and usage only. We reserve the right, at Our discretion, to make improvements or changes to any part of the Website.
- While We make an effort to keep the Website updated, due to the varying nature of the Content, We cannot make any commitment that all the Content on the Website is up to date.

Non-enforcement of a right under these Terms and Conditions or law shall not be construed as NMIAL’s waiver of its rights at any time in future. Further, NMIAL is not responsible for any disruption in providing Website services or any circumstances arising as a result of events beyond control of NMIAL including but not limited to acts of God, war, insurrection, riots, terrorism, crime, labour shortages including strikes, embargoes, trade restrictions, postal and internet disruptions, digital infrastructure failures, communication disruption, shutdown, take down orders, pandemic, emergency, or other similar events. This clause shall survive any termination/suspension of these Terms and Conditions.
- Conflict: In the event there is any conflict between these Terms of Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to whole or part of the Website, the following order of prevalence shall apply: (a) Privacy Policy (b) these Terms and Conditions, (c) Other Policies.
