NMIA provides dedicated assistance for passengers with special needs. These services are available from check-in to boarding to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Trained staff are stationed at key checkpoints to offer guidance and support.

Private Mobility Assistance

Paid mobility assistance is available at both Domestic and International Terminals.

To assist people with special needs, help phones are available with braille indicating ‘Information’ has been placed at the Airport. It is available at Terminal 2 at the Arrivals, Security Holding Area & Departure.
